The Process Industry Solution Provider

My role as an Solutions Specialist is to help the Sales team address technical queries with our Flow products, draft quotes if needed, and liaise between customer and factory for queries. In my spare time, you can find me either binge-watching true crime documentaries, spending time with my kids, visiting local food places to try out new dishes, or travelling around the Philippines.

With a Master's degree in Wildlife Biology and a passion for problem-solving, I thrive at the intersection of science, leadership and innovation. As a Solutions Team Leader, I enjoy tackling challenges, streamlining processes and finding creative solutions that drive success. Beyond my professional role, I'm an avid reader, a devoted cat lover and someone who finds inspiration in the beauty of nature. Whether it's analysing complex data or exploring the great outdoors, I bring curiosity, dedication and a collaborative mindset to everything I do.

I am responsible for organising and co ordinating projects on client sites. To develop customer relationships, delivery of opportunities and generate new engineering enquiries. In my spare I like to spend time with my two daughters and husband, going out for days and socialising with friends.

As documents administrator this role involves maintaining accurate business data through regular CRM and data cleansing and supporting Sales with data capture. It also includes administrative support for the Aftersales team, helping Operations with legal and compliance documentation, managing data migration between systems, completing audit and compliance forms and preparing customer documents like quotes and proposals when needed. In my spare time I like spending time with my family and walking my dog.
